This Keema recipe is my mother's delight even a 5-star hotel cannot cook it as she does, My passion for cooking came from her. This recipe makes us tongue tingling. Whenever my mom makes Chapathi we demand this Keema Curry.
Now I share her recipe with all of you..

Add turmeric powder, 1tsp salt, Garam masala, chili powder, coriander powder and mix well, add the cooked keema with its water and pressure cook for 2 whistles.

Ingredients Required:
Mutton Keema-100 gm
Vegetables (carrot,beans,cauliflower,peas,potato)
Big onion - 1
Tomato-1big
Ginger Garlic paste-2tsp
Mint leaves
coriander leaves
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Salt-2tsp
Chili powder-2tsp
Garam masala-1tsp
1/2 lemon
Coconut paste:
Coconut-shredded 1 cup
1 clove
1 cardamon
1 cinnamon stick
khus-khus(kasakasa)
Step 1:
keema(Mutton pieces shredded) if not available buy boneless mutton and grind a little in a mixer (pulse mode).
In a vessel add keema with 2 cups water, turmeric powder, salt, Ginger garlic-1/2 tsp, chili powder-1/2 tsp and boil well until cooked(it takes around 15 mins) and keep this aside.
Step 2:
In a pressure pan or cooker add oil, add the onions fry until translucent. Add ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp stir well in low flame let the raw smell leave. Add tomatoes and fry until they become soft add a little salt, add mint leaves stir well.
Step 3
Add turmeric powder, 1tsp salt, Garam masala, chili powder, coriander powder and mix well, add the cooked keema with its water and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
Step 4:
Let the pressure release lets prepare the Coconut Paste. Add shredded coconut, clove, cardamon, cinnamon, khus khus into a fine paste by adding little water.
Step 5:
Add this coconut paste to the pressure cooker mix the contents and boil for 5 mins. Squeeze 1/2 lemon to it. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Mutton keema Curry is ready to be tasted with roti, Phulka, and hot chapatis. Try and enjoy the recipe. Comment and share.
