Ingredients Required:
Egg - 1
Dry red chili-1(2 or 3 according to one's taste)
Garlic - 1 clove(crushed)
Curry leaf - 3-4
oil - 1tsp(used sesame oil)
Tumeric powder - a pinch
pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - a pinch
Step 1:
Crush 1 clove of garlic with grinding stone and keep it ready.Heat dosa pan with 1tsp oil.
Step 2:
Add the crushed garlic, curry leaf and red chili to the oil, stir well.
Step 3:
Break open one egg on the top of the garlic mixture and leave till it's cooked, add a pinch of turmeric powder and sprinkle some pepper and salt over it.
Step 4:
Toss the egg to the other side and cook for 2 seconds that's all our Garlic fried egg is ready.
Tastes best with sambar, rice, rasam, and tomato rice.
